Sometimes I do other things besides think about weddings...
I love to bake. Cupcakes and cookies are my favorite. Last weekend I made these coconut cupcakes iced with a coconut/lime frosting. The garnish on top is coconut dipped in bittersweet chocolate. They were devine if I do say so myself.

Dancing Shoes
A few years ago my mom was at a wedding Boston. As she was leaving that wedding she was in the elavator with a bridesmaid from another wedding that taking place at the same hotel. The bridesmaid raved about how fun the wedding was that she was in and how they had "dancing shoes" or flip flops for the ladies to wear. Since I love flip flops and I hate heels I knew this is something I had to do at my wedding. Well several years later its become kind of a cliche but I dont care because I still love them! If you go to Old Navy on any given day flip flops are $3.50-$6.50 each. This adds up quick! Here are my tips for finding dancing shoes on the cheap:
1. Twice a year Gap/Old Navy/Banana Republic offers 30% off everything in the store for one weekend. This is a great time to buy.
2. The Old Navy outlet will have 40% off the entire store once a year or so. Look out for this great bargain time!
3. Once a year, at the first of the summer Old Navy does $1 Flip Flop days. STOCK UP for this one day only event
4. Shop end of the summer sales at craft stores. Michaels recently had a bin of flip flops out front for 40 cents!
Happy Dancing!

Shower Time
I love a good coozie
Coozie, Can Cooler whatever you want to call it, I love them. My collection of coozies will now also include personlized Kim and Eric ones. I ordered 200 of them from http://www.4imprint.com/ . The logo is an orginial design.
Personalized Perfection
I love anything that is personalized. If I could monogram my underwear I would. Oh wait, I have. :) I love these napkins and cocktail stirs that I got from the website http://www.stationarystudio.com/
They are the perfect little detail for personalized cocktail.
